Baldev Raj is an experienced Chartered Accountant with extensive professional expertise in taxation, auditing, corporate advisory, and financial matters. He completed his professional training in the Taxation and Audit Division of R. K. Batra & Co., Chartered Accountants, and R. Vendor Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, gaining strong practical exposure to taxation and audit assignments.

He began his professional career with S. P. Puri & Co. on 11 September 1989 and became a Partner in S. P. Puri & Co., Chartered Accountants, Delhi, on 25 April 1990. During his association with the firm, he headed its Tax Division and handled a wide range of complex taxation assignments.

His experience includes managing taxation matters for international and national corporate clients, including liaison offices and project offices of various foreign companies, private limited companies, listed companies, and charitable trusts.

He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, adding specialized expertise in information systems and audit.
